Bellarine Property has a large team of agents and property managers, each with listings, sales and rentals to share. They needed a social presence that could keep up while still looking like one brand.
We started with a refresh of the existing brand, tightening up the visual language so it worked consistently across every post.
From there we revamped their social media templates, creating a flexible system of posts and stories for new listings, sales and rentals.
To keep things simple for the team, we built a submission form so any agent or property manager can send through their property in a few minutes. We then design each post and story in-house and publish it on their behalf.
The result is a consistent, professional feed that takes the work off the team’s plate. It also lays the groundwork for a full rebrand in 2027.
