Expanding into Australia required more than duplicating an existing US website.
GoTab is a hospitality commerce platform that helps venues streamline ordering, payments, and operations through a seamless digital experience. Using the US site as a foundation, we refined the structure, simplified navigation, and adapted language and messaging to better resonate with an Australian audience – ensuring the brand feels consistent globally, while still grounded locally.
We focused first on the homepage and key demo pages to establish a clear creative and strategic direction. This allowed us to introduce subtle but impactful changes through typography, layout, and tone, while keeping the overall experience on-brand. From there, we developed a flexible system of templates for the wider site, balancing efficiency with a level of customisation where it matters most.
