Continuing our long-standing relationship with hospitality group Bull & Roo (aka Tom & Serg) for their fifth venue, we produced the full concept from brand strategy to delivery of the venue. The identity took cues from island and coastal paradises, the pastel hues of faded haciendas and street stalls, and the vibrant flavours and music Mexican culture is known for. The design flowed from the branding through to the interior’s fitout and touchpoints, which we also fulfilled through construction drawings and the FF&E schedule.
